Note: All lease rates include a six-hour day with an average flight time of 30-40 minutes per hour. Customer is responsible for pilot travel expenses, if necessary, including airfare, hotel, meals, etc. Airline tickets must be provided to pilot at least seven days in advance of event. Blimpworks will make every attempt to secure a qualified pilot close to the event site in order to minimize travel expenses.

Pilot availability will ultimately determine travel requirements and costs.

All Blimpworks leased blimps are backed by our superior product quality and service, and come equipped with our selective drop device for unmatched crowd participation and interaction. PLUS, all blimps can be outfitted with interchangeable, custom painted banners for maximum visibility which is extra.

Lease Terms and Conditions

Artwork: Pricing for painted or vinyl applications for banners will be quoted after a review of the graphics. Camera- ready artwork is required for production.

Freight: Customer is responsible for transportation cost of returning the blimp via second day air freight(UPS, FEDEX, Airborne, etc) not via ground UPS, USPS or common carrier.

Helium: Customer is responsible for providing helium. Costs for indoor airships average around $80-$100. Costs for outdoor airships average around $200-$250.

Payment: 50% deposit and a signed lease contract are required with order. Balance is due one week prior to event. A credit card security deposit may be required against the value of the blimp.

Pilot Payment: Customer is responsible for airline tickets, which must be received by pilot(s) at least one week prior to the event. Hotel, meals, etc will be reimbursed directly to the pilot before pilot leaves the event site. Outdoor pilots depart from Jackson, Mississippi. Every effort will be made to find a locate pilot to cut on down extra expenses.

Insurance: Blimpworks can provide insurance with a $1,000,000 liability limit for the days the blimp flies at $25.00 per name. Airships are delivered with all necessary equipment for reliable and safe operation. All prices are subject to change without notice.
